Bressay Facilities
There are two lighthouse keeper’s cottages at Bressay. The accommodation is clean with large bright rooms and all facilities on hand for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms have unrivalled views over the sea, with some looking out on to the light tower.

Both cottages sleep up to six people, with two double bedrooms and one twin room. There is also a cot available for infants which can be placed in any of the spacious rooms as required. Each bedroom also has wardrobe and drawer storage space.
Bedding is provided and beds will be made up prior to your arrival.

The lounge area is a comfortable social space with a seating area, television and DVD/Video player. A dining table is provided to allow guests to enjoy home cooked meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.

The galley kitchen includes the following facilities:
- Fridge Freezer
- 4 hob electric cooker with oven and grill
- Kettle
- Coffee Maker
- Toaster
- Microwave
- Cutlery and crockery
- Pots and pans
Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided on arrival along with a complimentary selection of local ale and oatcakes to enjoy while settling in.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower, wash hand basin, toilet and central heating. Towels are provided.
Laundry
A separate laundry and drying room is provided. This includes a washing machine, tumble drier and clothes airer. Both cottages have access to the laundry.
Other
Other facilities provided include a payphone; hairdryer; iron and ironing board; vacuum cleaner; electric blankets and hot water bottles. A high chair is provided for infants.
Free, onsite parking is available.
Please note that all featured facilities are common to both East and West cottages.
Regretfully, pets are not permitted in the accommodation. (with the exception of guide dogs)
